Delete your account

Delete from inside the app

Open Arogyam Health → Profile → Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately: your sign-in is removed and your phone number and profile details are unlinked from our systems, so the account can no longer be used or restored.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email help@bhadoosurgical.com or call +91 90560 75777 from the phone number registered to the account and ask for account deletion. We verify the request against the registered number and respond within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what we must keep

• Deleted immediately: your sign-in identity, phone number linkage, profile details, and any family-member profiles you created.
• Retained as required by law: clinical records of visits that already took place — appointment history, consultation records, and prescriptions — which medical-records retention rules oblige the clinic to keep. After deletion these records are no longer linked to a usable account identity.
• Retained for accountability: security and audit logs, kept for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.

Staff accounts

Accounts with staff access at the clinic are managed by the clinic administrator. If you are a staff member, contact the administrator to have your access and account removed.
